The Paintavie™ Rewards Program is our way of saying thank you for sharing your experience and helping our community grow.
When you leave a review or invite friends to try Paintavie, you can earn store credit toward your own future painting experiences.
HOW YOU EARN REWARDS
Customers are automatically enrolled in the Paintavie Rewards Program after their first purchase.
You earn store credit when you help grow the Paintavie community:

$5 store credit for leaving a verified product review

$10 store credit when someone you refer makes their first Paintavie purchase
*Referral credit is earned only after the referred customer completes a paid order.

You’ll receive a personal referral link to share with friends and family.

Your friend receives $5 store credit plus 10% off their first Paintavie order.

Once your friend places their first order, you earn $10 in store credit.

Store credit can be used like cash at checkout on future Paintavie orders placed through our website.

FAIR USE & ABUSE PREVENTION
Our Rewards Program is intended to reward genuine customer engagement. Self-referrals, creating multiple accounts, or attempting to manipulate or abuse the program in any way is not permitted.
If we determine that an account has violated these terms, we reserve the right to remove the account from the Rewards Program, revoke any earned rewards or store credit, and restrict or close related accounts at our discretion.
FAQ
When do I receive my credit?
Referral credit is added to your account after your referred friend completes their first paid order.
Review credit is added after your review is verified.
Where can I see my store credit balance?
Your store credit balance is visible in your Paintavie account and will also appear in your cart during checkout.
Does store credit expire?
No. Your store credit does not expire.
Can I use store credit with a discount code?
Yes. Store credit is applied like a payment method at checkout and may be used alongside discount codes.
Can I use only part of my store credit on an order?
No. Shopify requires store credit to be used in full.
If your store credit does not cover the full order total, you can pay the remaining balance with a credit card at checkout.
Why don’t I see my store credit in the Shop app?
Store credit is available only when purchasing directly through the Paintavie website.
It is not currently supported in the Shop app.
Is there a limit to how much credit I can earn?
No. There’s no limit. The more you participate and refer friends, the more credit you can earn.
Can I refer myself or create multiple accounts?
No. Referrals are intended for new customers only. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or other attempts to game the Rewards Program are not permitted.
If we notice activity that appears to violate our Fair Use & Abuse Prevention guidelines, we may review the account. In cases of confirmed misuse, the account may be removed from the Rewards Program and any associated rewards or store credit may be forfeited, in accordance with our program terms.
