We know that once you place your order, you’re excited to get started. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while making sure each package is carefully prepared before it heads your way.

Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship within the continental United States only. Shipping availability may expand in the future.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Processing times may be extended due to circumstances outside of our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options may be available depending on your order and destination.
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We select the carrier and service that best fits your order.
Shipping Rates and Promotions
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. From time to time, free shipping may be offered on select products or promotions. Promotional shipping offers are subject to change and may have additional terms.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped. Transit times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, Paintavie™ is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed over for delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Paintavie™ is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
If a package appears delayed or lost, we’re happy to assist with investigating the issue and filing claims with the carrier when appropriate. Any replacement or resolution is handled at Paintavie’s discretion.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require reshipping at the customer’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an order cannot be successfully delivered due to address errors, any associated digital products or video access remain non-refundable.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages, particularly for larger orders.
